Whether you follow your age-old family recipes passed down for generations or you’re one to try the
latest trends in flavor combinations, you’ll likely wake up on Friday morning to a fridge full of leftover Thanksgiving turkey. If you are lucky enough to be one of our SkY homeowners, then you know your SubZero refrigerator will be keeping that turkey fresh for a long time, but you’re left with the same question of what to do with your next-day turkey.
Here at SkY, we’ve put together a list of our favorite Thanksgiving leftover recipes just for you:
Turkey For Breakfast
A few days ago Martha Stewart posted a recipe for a day-after-Thanksgiving breakfast that we can’t wait to try. She shares that “Thanksgiving dinner might be the main event, but this encore presentation gives leftovers a star turn the next morning. Frozen hashbrowns form the base for this one-skillet meal. They sizzle solo in the oven before being layered with shredded turkey, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Then the whole thing is topped with cheese and eggs and baked until the whites are just set and the cheese has melted”.
With the Wolf E Series Transitional Oven (standard with all of our SkY homes), you can enable the WiFi feature, so that you don’t even have to get out of bed to preheat the oven!

For those of you who like a little heat in the kitchen, we recommend this turkey curry recipe from Gordon Ramsey. Calling for cooked and shredded turkey, this recipe is perfect for breathing new life into those Thanksgiving leftovers.
A fun fact about Gordon Ramsey, is that he is a member of The Friends of Sub-Zero and Wolf – a collection of chefs, restauranteurs, critics, sommeliers and growers who all have Sub-Zero and Wolf as their appliances of choice. You can download the SkY Villa Appliance brochures below to find out more about how these SkY homes will be fully fitted with these state-of-the-art, top-class appliances.
